Town Hall Project: Photograph showing the roof over level 4 to the south of the tower block where Wrimco SBS Granules were applied onto a concrete screed as a single layer system. The light weight topping was first removed and the substrate prepared with Screedbond, a SBR latex mixed with cement to form a moisture vapour proof layer to ensure no blisters. The perimeters were double detailed under the stainless steel flashings.

Masonic Centre Project: Masonic Centre architects made extensive enquiries and chose Wrimco SBS membrane. Because of the many internal drains, Wrimco imported pallets of specially made granules with a double selvedge to reduce the need to degranulate the membrane.
