Wrimco Waterproofing (a division of Laser Sonics Pty Ltd) has prioneered waterproofing membrane applications for the past 35 years. Our principal elastomeric membranes manufactured by SOPREMA is composed of SBS modified bitumen strongly reinforced with non-woven polyester and has a life expectancy of more than 30 years.

Wrimco SBS is the preferred membrane system for many applications and has NATSPEC approval. In addition to our world class SBS sheet waterproofing membranes , we also supply liquid membranes , PB4 protection and insulation boards , horizontal and vertical drainage cells , backing rods, sealants , water-based epoxy products and a range of specialised waterproofing products . We are distributors for Soprema, Pactiv, Ausdrain, Duram, Calmarc, Parchem and Durotech.

SBS Granules waterproofing membrane

is composed of SBS modified bitumen, which is oxidized bitumen incorporated into plastic rubber . This increases the degree of elasticity by over 1000%, allows flexibility to be present at temperatures below -30C, and heat resistance will exceed temperatures of 110C. SBS membrane is elastomeric . This gives it rubber-like properties, including excellent elongation and recovery, and an extremely long fatigue life. Therefore SBS membrane can be fully bonded to the substrate .....

SBS F R Granules waterproof membrane

is a high quality, elastomeric sheet waterproofing membrane consisting of Styrene Butadiene thermoplastic rubber modified bitumen, reinforcement and ceramic chips. Sopralene Flam 180 FR Granules are manufactured with fire retardant agents (FR) to meet the requirements of CAN/ULC-S107 "Fire Tests of Roof Coverings" Class A. SBS Sanded waterproofing membrane

contains a poly film underside and high brush sanded topside surfaces to allow for enhanced adhesion to the render or concrete laid on top . Wrimco SBS waterproofing membrane can take repeated movement through cyclical changes in temperature and is strong enough to bridge any gaps due to differential movement between the deck components and the roof covering ....

SBS Anti-Root waterproofing membrane

is used for waterproofing planters which are to contain large trees. This membrane contains a non-leachable chemical which repels roots.

Multithane + Rocktuff Combo

is a multithane waterproofing membrane combined with Rocktuff Anti-Slip Trafficable Top Coat . Multithane waterproofing membrane provides the membrane with tough and flexible properties and Rocktuff provides the membrane with anti-slip properties.

Multithane STD liquid membrane

is a single pack, tar free, non-bleed, tough, flexible, quick curing, liquid polyurethane waterproofing membrane , which is suitable for most substrates. Typical applications include shower recesses and wet area floors and upturns, retaining walls, planters, decks, balconies, landscaping and other non- exposed areas.

Multithane Vertical liquid membrane

is a thicker version of Multithane Standard. This thixotropic version of Multithane Standard is a liquid polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for application to vertical or uneven surfaces. Multithane Vertical provides a high build - low sag membrane.

Multithane UV liquid membrane

is a UV resistant, liquid polyurethane waterproofing membrane . It is also a tar free, elastomeric, single pack, moisture curing waterproofing membrane which cures to form an elastic, high tensile and seamless membrane.

Durobit EF liquid membrane

is a latex Based waterproofing membrane , which provides all the properties that are required from a water based membrane , including being quick drying, elastomeric + 300%, flexible and fully accredited by CSIRO.

Duram 195 liquid membrane

is a liquid polyurethane waterproofing membrane and is in fact the original liquid polyurethane waterproofing membrane ! After 25 years the membrane is still highly in demand especially since the tar modified urethane is now available tar free!
